As Hollywood star James Franco is throwing a party with his celebrity pals in California, the world comes to an end. Those at the party are his buddies Jonah Hill, Seth Rogen, Jay Baruchel, Danny McBride, and Craig Robinson. This Is the End is a Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg comedy, written, directed, and co-produced by those three. Emma plays an angry, extended version of herself in the cast in the wake of a global biblical apocalypse, stealing the cast’s eatables and leaving their place in horror. She also attacks the survivors and steals all their alcohol.
My Week with Marilyn (7.0)
My Week with Marilyn is a 2011 drama film. The movie is about the sets of the 1957 film The Prince and the Showgirl, which starred Marilyn Monroe (Williams) and Laurence Olivier (Branagh). On the sets, Marilyn Monroe was escorted around London by Eddie Redmayne’s Clark. Emma Watson played Lucy, Monroe’s wardrobe assistant who at the time was dating Colin (Eddie Redmayne). Because of Monroe’s constant presence, her relationship with Clark was ruined. My Week with Marilyn came out the same year as Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 2. Although the movie belonged to Michelle Williams, she won the Golden Globes award for her performance as Marilyn Monroe. But Emma did justice with her part. Emma played a woman named Lena in the movie. After her husband is abducted, she joins a cult. The story takes place during the 1973 Chilean military coupe. The subject of attention is the Colonia Dignidad cult just South of Chili who operated during that time. They were by Paul Schafer. Colonia was directed by Florian Gallenberger, produced by Benjamin Herrmann, written by Torsten Wenzel and Gallenberger.

The story is an adaptation of Jeanne-Marie Leprince de Beaumont’s 1756 version of the fairy tale.
The Perks of Being a Wallflower (8.0)
The Perks of Being a Wallflower is a 2012 American coming-of-age drama film. The film is centered around a high-school freshman, Charlie. He writes about the first day at school in his diary. The backdrop of the story is that Charlie was sexually abused by his aunt as a child by his Aunt Helen, hence he keeps getting these momentary flashbacks blaming himself for her death. Logan Lerman plays Charlie, and Emma plays Sam, a high school senior and friends with Charlie. The Perks of Being a Wallflower is written and directed by Stephen Chbosky, and it is based on Chbosky’s 1999 novel of the same name.
